This is the real game, not a remake. The original 1983 CAT.EXE
by Bill Williams — the exact 55 KB binary from the archive.org release —
executes here in a WebAssembly DOSBox (js-dos), throttled to honest
4.77 MHz 8088 speed with the PC speaker on. Nothing on this page is
reimplemented: every pixel and beep comes from Bill Williams' own machine code.
Click the screen, press any key at the title, answer N to the joystick
question, pick a skill level (Kitten … Alley Cat) and press any key.
In game: cursor keys move, Alt special action, Esc "paws" mode,
Ctrl-S sound.
